Very clean and tidy family seeking a full time working, clean and tidy female to rent a room, must be trustworthy, kind and a non smoker Location is in Kidbrooke Near to Sutcliffe Park, 5-7min walk from Kidbrooke train station zone 3, next to bus stop with direct bus (12mins) to North Greenwich station zone 2 (jubilee line). Local to many shops and supermarkets, Parking is only available on surrounding streets. No pets allowed. Strictly, no smoking inside or outside, and no over-night visitors. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe We have a cleaner (we will cover the cost) so no rota's or pointless arguments about who's turn it is to clean on your day off!!
