The nearest station is Westcombe Park, which is only a 3-minute walk. Services take you to London Bridge, Waterloo, Charing Cross and Cannon Street. There is a huge Sainsbury’s only a bus stop (or a short walk) away. Blackheath is also renowned for its many local pubs, exclusive shops and eateries. Great house: The house is very spacious, comfortable, warm and luminous, with large double glazed windows, laminate floors and new carpets throughout. It has a large garden. Cosy room: The bedroom is bright, very luminous, and neutrally decorated. It is fully furnished and boasts a very comfortable bed and a brand new wardrobe. Rent is £96 per week. Bills amount to £20 per month, which covers heating, electricity, internet, water and council tax. We are looking for someone to stay with us until the end of April 2015. (4 months) Who are we looking for? We ideally want a person who is working in London, is clean and tidy and needs a place close to the city centre. A non-smoker, easy-going , friendly, guy or girl who wants to maintain a clean, quiet home /flatshare and has some experience of living with other flatmates. The house is fairly quiet (it’s not a party house). We work office hours, we are considerate and expect others to be too. We also respect each other’s privacy and space.
