Hi guys, We are a very friendly and sociable couple (1 professional & 1 PhD student), looking for another couple or a single person to move into a lovely, homely, clean and tidy shared house! The house is located in Blackheath (on a quiet close, with friendly neighbours, just off Blackheath Village). Only 2 minute walk to Blackheath station (zone 3). Good transport links with trains to London Bridge (12 mins), Charing Cross, Cannon Street and Victoria. Also, good bus links - 108 (North Greenwich and Stratford), 89/N89, 54. Beautiful Blackheath and Greenwich Parks are just a short 5 - 10 minute walk away. Blackheath Village itself is gorgeous- lots of restaurants, cafes and pubs. The house: 3 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom. The room that is available is an en-suite located on the ground floor with sole access and use of a sweet patio garden located at the rear of the house. The room is furnished with a double bed, an in-built shower with separate toilet, wardrobe, 2 chest of drawers, and a lamp. There is also a second room which would be available to you; however, it is a very small single bedroom. It was mainly used as storage space but can also be converted into an office space. Shared kitchen and lounge on the first floor and another bathroom on the second floor which will be shared by the remaining tenants.
